I started out making jewelry in 2009. Then I ventured off and started making bracelets, then rings then beads. Ive always thought i was talented and was sure i would be making countless number of sales but that wasn’t the case. I hear you’re suppose to “advertise”. Or the whole ” you won’t get anybody in your shop if you don’t promote but honestly i haven’t the slightest idea where to start and it frustrated me. However i will still show off my work every chance i get. I hope you like it 🙂

One of the greatest perks of being a Jewely Artisan is you can make your own Jewelry. I rarely buy my own jewelry anymore. So today i thought to myself I want a necklace.. haven’t had one in a long while. I made it for myself but after It was finished my boyfriend thought it must be sold in my shop. not sure if i’m going to sell it yet but we’ll see. In the pictured you’re about to see the leaf pendant was made with Stacie Laurell cold porcelain clay. Check it out!
Part of the leaf was colored with 18kt liquid gold, a technique called gold leafing ironically 🙂 and I also added swarvoski crystals to make it pop! I think it came out pretty nice.
