How To Relieve Stress in a Childish Way

ImageDo you remember what it was like to be a kid again? I absolutely loved my childhood and often wish i could go back to it. Two of the things that i totally LOVED to do was swing on swings and color in my coloring book. Believe it or not the things you use to do as a child can still be done now as an adult and can really relieve stress as well as lower your blood pressure. Here is a great article on coloring!
